2. In 5-7 sentences, in your ELA notebook, explain what the character’s challenge was and how they overcame it. 3. Think of an example from a story that you are reading or have read. How did a character in your book respond to a challenge in the text? 2-3 sentences in ELA notebook. 4. Put ELA notebook away. Free time! As long as we stay silent and in our seats! 1. We have read this book in class before. Today we are going to listen to the story again on this read aloud. While you listen, make sure you fill in the "Changes to Character Feelings" Book.

In your notebook, given the key words “key details”, “main idea” and “key words”, write a few meaningful sentences to summarize using these words. 4. Plug in your laptop and put your ELA notebook away until we are ready to go over it at 2:30 pm. 5. Get the math worksheet from the side table. When you finish it, put it in your math folder. 6.
